| Participation in these Courses is free of charge and is strictly reserved to regularly registered delegates to the XLIII ERA-EDTA Congress. |
| Pre-registration |
| In order to pre-register to the Course, download and print the form. |
| Fill in the form in all its parts and send it within, and no later than, June 5, 2006 to the following fax number: +39-0521-959242. |
| In order to pre-register to the Course it is compulsory to be already pre-registered to the Congress as delegate. |
| A coloured sticker will be attached to your badge according to the course chosen and will entitle entrance to the proper lecture hall only. |
| On-site registration |
| After June 5, 2006, it is possible to register on-site directly at the SECC congress centre starting July 15, 2006. At the entrance of the Course hall, you will be asked to fill in a form and a coloured sticker will be applied to your delegate badge. |
| Admission to the Course is limited to the seating capacity of the lecture hall, thus “first come first served” basis will be applied. |
| CME Credits |
| Course participants will be awarded UEMS credits. The exact number will be communicated at a later stage. |
