Information and registration
Participation in these Courses is free of charge and is strictly reserved to regularly registered delegates to the XLIII ERA-EDTA Congress.
  
Pre-registration
In order to pre-register to the Course, download and print the form.
Fill in the form in all its parts and send it within, and no later than, June 5, 2006 to the following fax number: +39-0521-959242.
In order to pre-register to the Course it is compulsory to be already pre-registered to the Congress as delegate.
A coloured sticker will be attached to your badge according to the course chosen and will entitle entrance to the proper lecture hall only.
  
On-site registration
After June 5, 2006, it is possible to register on-site directly at the SECC congress centre starting July 15, 2006. At the entrance of the Course hall, you will be asked to fill in a form and a coloured sticker will be applied to your delegate badge.
Admission to the Course is limited to the seating capacity of the lecture hall, thus “first come first served” basis will be applied.
  
CME Credits
Course participants will be awarded UEMS credits. The exact number will be communicated at a later stage.
