A specific priority for this CME will be given to the problem of the underdeveloped organ transplantation in the Balkans. Transplantation as a universal human right for best treatment option in chronic kidney disease patients should be equally distributed all over the world. However, the emerged problems from the economic deprivation in developing countries, the modest expenditure on health care, the lack of appropriate legislation, public awareness, education and motivation for organ donation and transplantation might have also been considered as additional factors for an insufficient transplant program. We’ll try to discuss and adopt the positive experience from experts in countries that already became successful for the best of our patients.
