*A good part of the actual participation fee is sponsored by the Hungarian Kidney Foundation and other national and international organizations for the benefit of the physicians mainly from developing countries. Furthermore, a number of young applicants from developing countries will be supported by a partial/total participation fee waiver. To apply for this opportunity you are required to send a letter stating the reasons for the request of fee waiver together with your Curriculum Vitae and a letter of recommandation. The Organizing Committee will inform you of its decision in time.
