Description of the Course
The course will provide interactive training in most clinically relevant issues of renal pathology for
renal pathologists and clinical nephrologists from the EU and neighboring countries of the Baltic
region. The program will consist of short lectures covering major topics in renal pathology and
sessions for interactive case discussions. Each participating country (a team of a nephrologist and
pathologist) will be encouraged to provide an interactive case presentation with a teaching point for
discussion. Audience reply system is planned to be used during the course.

 

Registration
The registration fee is 200 euro.
The registration fee includes:
• Attendance to all scientific sessions
• Scientific documentation
• Coffee, lunch and dinners during the meeting
• Welcome Reception and Midsummer Night Party
• Vilnius City Tour
The deadline for registration is the 1st of May, 2006. Please note, that the number of participants for
his meeting will be limited. After the deadline the Organizing Committee will select the attendees for
the course according to the following criteria:
1) the date of registration
2) priority will be given to the delegates from Eastern and Central Europe.
The applicants will be informed by email about the decision by 10th of May, 2006. The selected
participants will be asked to pay the registration fee by the 1st of June, 2006. If the payment will not
be received in due time the Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel the registration.

 

Accommodation and Venue
The Course will take place in Dubingiai Resort which is situated around 50 km from Vilnius.
