Short Description

Program goals: Teaching laboratory techniques in nephrology applied omics

Expected study outcomes:Participants will be able to understand basics of omics

techniques in nephrology

Program contents:

Omics of protein-boud solutes

Omics in oxidative stress and Fe-heme metabolism

The urinary proteome and its application in the differential diagnosis of CKD

Polymorphic expression of GST and other relevant genes associated with

cardiovascular and cancer risk of CKD patients

Emerging aspects in clinical lipidomics

The endometabolome of fat-soluble vitamins in CKD,

Molecular and functional interpretation of transcriptional responses in CKD: the

impaired Nrf2-dependent adaption response of erythroid cells,

The Serbian trial on blood GSTP as novel biomarker of dialysis adequacy and dosage
