Short Description
Learning objectives:
- To understand the basis of developmental and cystic kidney disorders
- To learn about recent epidemiology studies and clinical trials in polycystic kidney
disease
- To get novel insights into inherited tubulointerstitial disorders and nephrotic
syndrome
- To take advantage of case discussions and meetings with expert faculty to discuss
the diagnosis and management of disorders affecting different nephron segments
- To get a primer and update on new genetic tools, proteomics, and model systems
- To learn about care from leading experts involved in specialized clinics, multidisciplinary
teams and transition clinics
- To meet experts and discuss practical questions related to the diagnosis and
management of various inherited kidney disorders
