Editorial issue 319

This 319th issue of NDT-Edu presents 5 recent NDT papers.
It starts with the PRO/CON/MODERATORS View. This time, the topic is "The use of calcineurin inhibitors in the treatment of lupus nephritis". CC Mok and D Jayne develop the PRO arguments whereas M Fernandez Nieto et al develop the CON arguments. Finally, A Kronbichler et al. present the  Moderator's view.
Next, JT Daugirdas publishes an intersting paper "Solute solver 'what if' module for modeling urea kinetics". This may help to integrate the impact of residual diuresis into KT/V calculation.
Finally, A Servais report on "Atypical haemolytic uraemic syndrome and pregnancy: outcome with ongoing eculizumab".

CME lectures   
The 3 CME Lectures released with this issue deal with various topics. Prof Alberto Ortiz (Madrid, Spain) first presents on "CKJ – Translational research". An execllent reminder of the growing interest for CKJ, now open access and indexed in pubmed.
Next, Prof Peter Kes (Zagreb, Croatia) discusses the "Management of kidney transplant patient with chronic hepatitis C infection".
And Prof Fabrizio Fabrizi (Milano, Italy) provides an overview on "HBV and kidney transplant patients".
