European Fellows programme

Short (1-2 month) well focused training programs either clinically or laboratory oriented:
1998-2002, 5 fellows trained from Lithuania, Rumania, Hungary, Tcheck (grant possibilities exist over the Universtity of Wuerzburg or the Kuratorium der Gesellschaft für Nephrologie (www.gfn-online.com). Accomodation may be provided by the University on request.

Long (at least 1 year) research fellowships: 1 ISN Fellow trained in 2000, individual arrangements (maximum 2 fellows/year).

Prerequisites for Fellowship
Language: For clinical activities German knowlegde is mandatory; for research training spoken English expertise is sufficient. Applications can be made by sending a curriculum vitae (CV) indicating the rationale and the content of the training requested. A support letter by the head of the home University should accompany the application letter.
