Flud overload is detrimental for patients with AKI. IN isntalled AKI, hydration will not lead to better recovery of renal functio or avoidance of RRT need. Correct and accurate estimation of volume status are key factors in the treatment of AKI. Nephrologists should keep themselves involved in teh fluid management of AKI patients at ICU |
